Troubleshooting electronic exam access

Do your computer and internet connection meet requirements?

Internet-based tests are accessible using most computers and internet connections. To make sure that your system meets the suggested requirements, please download the computer requirements.

Are you able to log in?

If you are unable to log in, confirm that you have entered your resident ID and access code correctly.

If you need a Resident ID or similar information, please visit the PRITE Program Portal (https://www.acpsych.org/prite/program-directors-portal).  If you have difficulty accessing the Portal, please contact Kathryn Delk at kathryn@acpsych.org

Error Page:

If you encounter an error page, please restart the computer and log-in again and/or try a different browser as a first attempt to solve the problem.

Do you receive an error message when trying to launch the exam?

If you receive an error message when attempting to launch the exam, you may email support@assess.com. This will generate a ticket and ASC will be in contact ASAP.  Any error message that you receive will be helpful to the technical support representative that may help troubleshoot the problem. Please convey the error message and related details. They will also need your PRITE Program Number and the affected Resident ID.  If possible, please provide a screenshot of the error.

Note that you do have the option to switch to the paper version, if necessary.
