The nominee must be a current PGY-3, PGY-4 or PGY-5 resident in general psychiatry or a resident in child, addiction, forensic, geriatric or psychosomatic psychiatry. Recipient of the Fellowship must be able to attend our Annual Meeting. The College provides a stipend to Laughlin Fellows to cover travel and hotel expenses to one Annual Meeting.

The nomination deadline is August 15, 2011.  Nominations received after that date, even though postmarked earlier, cannot be accepted.
